Unfortunitly I did not take pictures as I went, it was the initial plan but as I got into it I forgot
I made a wiring harness with a fuse and relay in the loop. I used the window washer motor as ignition power. It runs permanently but I wil later add a switch for I find that when exceeding 140km/h it pics up vibration. I recon at that speed the incoming air is faster than what the fan runs. I also used plugs close to the fan so that I can unplug it when removing the cooler, rather than needing to remove or disconnect all the wires. I made a small cowel with aluminium angle iron to seal of the peace that sticks out a bit better. Futher on I used "plak spons" for sealing all the gaps. This also helps as an insolator for the vibration if there was any. But there is no vibration. It runs smooth. I must just get used to the fan blowing noise now.
On idling the egt's drops much quicker to below 200 than it used to and at 110km/h I gained about 40 degrees. The accelration from pull of seems smoother also.
