4.2 diesel fan belt sizes

Does anyone have the part no or sizes for the 3 fan belts on the 4.2 diesel. I thought I kept the old boxes that the belts came in.....but..... clearly not

I would assume the GU and GQ will be the same as there was not much technology enhancements done to those motors....

Cedric they are different between different models.... just check depending on what aircon ect.

As far as I know the TD42 motor hasn't changed its setup between the GQ and GU. The only difference was the alternator having a vacuum pump fitted on the rear of the alternator. The pulley setup and sizes should all be the same due to nothing changing on these motors. I assume there was changes on the Petrol motors.... but luckily I have the 'ol donkey motor

When mr boegman broke a belt on his bakkie there were 3 options and only one fitted if iam not mistaking
Just test the belts before you take with as a spare

Cedric I have a 2000 model 4.2D and it uses the following belts:
1.Power Steering oil pump: 11950-VB20A
2.Fan and altenator: 11720-0Y700
3.Aircon: 02117-95023

Hi Cedric,

I have a full spare set in the back of my van....just pulled them out.

Not sure off hand which belt is which, but they are all Ram Gatorback brand, part numbers for my 1998 model are as follows:

PG476
PG468
PG480
