Steel rims wanted
I am looking for 5 16" steel rims like the picture below. Condition of coating not important as I will be sandblasting and powder coating. Hub hole diameter must be 110 mm.

It would seem that if you remove the spigot ring from some of the A Line mags they fit perfectly but I still need to physically check.

HI JACK Hi Jack haijdjekk --
[was goedkoper as n stel bande .. at the time]

Re: Steel rims wanted
This is why I would prefer to get the Patrol steel rims and powder coat them but if I can't find 5 I will have to go the aftermarket route.Tinus lotz wrote:Just check properly the last mm on the hub has a round curve and that is what's makes the problem .....also there was someone wanting to sell a set with or without tires a while back but I am on my mobile can't find it
My plan is to take a rim and bolt it on in the front. If I can then get a piece of paper between the rim and the back I know it will need machining.
I have already pm'd everyone that was selling in the last year.

Re: Steel rims wanted
So I broke down and bought a set of 6 after market mag's that fit the Patrol perfectly and will post pics over the weekend of what to look for and the sizes of the machining.
I really wanted original Nissan but the steel where R 6 k each and mags R 9 k each.
My spare steel rim as well as the old mags and BF Muds will be up for sale in the next couple of days.

Re: Steel rims wanted
There are aftermarket rims available that fit perfectly. These are from A Line and on the photo below the inner hub diameter is 108 mm. Then changes to 110 mm and is then angled to 117 mm. These are the same diameters that I picked up off one of the Aussie websites that work.Tinus lotz wrote:Just check properly the last mm on the hub has a round curve and that is what's makes the problem .....also there was someone wanting to sell a set with or without tires a while back but I am on my mobile can't find it
