Good day Guys
In would like to install bumper lights on my Y60, is that only plug and play? or are there a switch I need to install in the cab? I know for the DLR angel lights I need to wire relays etc. to allow for the DLR's to work when the motor is running but not with the headlights on.
Your help will be appreciated.

Re: Bumper lights?
What do you mean by bumper lights?
I fitted DRLs on my TD30 Y61, the correct way that you mention. You need 2 relays to achieve that. I am about to do it on my TB45 Y61 as well.
If it is DRLs you need the wiring and relay setup, I can help. I need to get to my laptop to do that, as I have the wiring diagram on the laptop.

Re: Bumper lights?
Hi Malcom,
"What do you mean by bumper lights?"
The "in-bumper" fog lights for a lack of a better description.
I have the diagram for the DLR's as you have published in the past. I want to know if the wiring for the "fog lights" in the bumper are there and if it is only a plug and play setup as with the rear pillar lights? My Y61 3l have the space but not the lights.(I have not ventured under the bumper yet so just finding out before I do ....)
Thanks

Re: Bumper lights?
Hi Philip
On my 2006 Y61 GL there is factory wiring, same as the GRX, to the fog light fittings in the bumper. I bought a set of GRX fog lights from David Volschenk and installed those in the bumper. I also bought the GRX indicator/light stalk from David and installed that (it has the switch for the fog lights on the stalk). Then I bought the specific relay from Midas (I'll should have the part number somewhere) and installed that in the relevant spot in the relay box in the engine bay next to the battery. That's it, bumper fog lights look and work like they do from the factory on a GRX. No extra switches on the dash or relays needed.
Let me know if you want the part numbers to do the same.
Regards
Bruce

Hi Philip,
This is the relay that you need...ND87. ATS sell to Midas. You might have to get your local Midas to order one for you.
