Does anyone have a part number for this windscreen?
My VIN is "stolen and replaced" so useless for searching part numbers.
Its a pretty expensive item and Nissan wont take it back if its the wrong part.

Hey there Mr Rod !!.. long time no see !!
Doesn't PG and/or National Glass not make a windscreen for the Y60 Patrol? I recon it would be a whole heap cheaper than Nissan, and will be the proper shatterproof ones. I hear that some of the cheap import Chinese ones are not that great, but if from a reputable crowd it should be ok

Ja I'm working through a dealer but they want the VIN number to identify the correct part number and my VIN number is a "stolen and found" police VIN number which is useless for parts. Trying to get my lorry looking its best for the 70th birthday bash

Not sure if this helps, but it's the same part as for the Safari which preceded it.

Commercial Auto Glass in Selby and at any of their other outlets, sells them for R1000 and fit it the same day.
They actually fitted one in my Safari in 2006 for R600, one in my Y60 in 2010 for R1k and about 4 years ago one to my Y61 Patrol 3.0Di for R1k
Laminated shatterproof glass

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try them too. You wouldn't happen to have the part number? No one seems to be sure about the part number and the Shatterproof part numbers don't talk to the Nissan part numbers.
