30 November to 02 December 2018 - Rust de Winter and Year end function

To ensure that there is ample time for EVERYBODY to book this date

So this year we want to see if we can do things a bit differently with regard to our annual Rust De Winter(RdW) trip and the forum year end function.

Rdw has the required facilities to make this a camping weekend for the whole family with enough ablution blocks, a swimming pool and a lapa for the use of the forum for the entire weekend.

Our annual RdW outing is always fully booked (max 15 vehicles) and somewhere in December we have a 4x4 drive with a braai as an informal year end.

The plan for this year is to see if we can combine the 2 and make it a family event for all to join.

So if we get the necessary buy in from the forum the plan is as follows:

1. Friday 30 November 2018 - Arrival for those that wants to camp for the weekend and a braai at the lapa.

2. Saturday 1 December 2018 - Those that whish to join, RdW will take us out for a day 4x4 trip (R200) returning to camp in the afternoon, and those that don't want to 4x4 stay in camp and just chillax and enjoy the day at camp, or play at the Gimkana across the road. Braai at the lapa for those that want to.

3. Sunday 2 December 2018 - "informal" year end function, Tinus will do a spit at R60pp and we will eat at 12h00. If there is a need we can, play in the play park across the street from the camp...

The idea is that we get as many forum members together as we can and have a proper Forum outing, those that cant join us for the weekend can still join us for the day as well, as RdW is situated close enough for PTA, JHB, Bela Bela etc to make it a day outing.
