Patrollie Lorrie up for sale

Hi Guys
So to make a long story short, I am putting my Patrol up for sale, until recently it was used by my wife as her daily runner to school and work, as you can imagine, not the ideal living in JHB.
Made the decision to sell based on the fact that the Patrol will be standing in my garage between trips, a complete waste of a perfectly good vehicle in my books. We are all sad but hey, maybe I can find him a good home. So here goes:
Mileage: 265000km
MY: 1999
Model: 4.5 GRX

My declaration:
The mileage is accurate.
Will need a new set of tyres Spare has never been used
Engine has never been opened
Vehicle was serviced at 15k intervals by myself
Vehicle has developed an oil leak from the front crank seal, I have not fixed it, to be honest, the number of drops did not justify the size of the job.
Vehicle has done some overlanding but nothing too serious or that put the vehicle at risk.
Interior and exterior shows wear comensurate with 264000km fair use.
All seats, aircon, radio and CD shuttle are functional and in good working order.
RH rear bumper corner have been bullied by a tree stump, probably needs replacing (photo)
I have had the radiator top tank(plastic part) rebuilt in aluminium due to cracking
I have replaced a welsh plug due to leakage
Starter motor was serviced and repacked with fibre washer, this solved intermittent starting problem.

Extras:
29 MHz radio
Frontrunner "wind cheetah" roofrack.

Overall vehicle is in good everyday working condition.
When I bought my replacement vehicle I was offered R65k on trade in for my Patrol, I politely smiled and paid the deposit using other means.
