Greetings from India

Post by Wilfred Moore »

Hi All,

Just to say hallo from India (New Delhi)
All well here, Monsoon rains are falling, so temparatures are now down to 33 to 36 degrees
Saw a Patrol yesterday for the first time, 4.5, looks like 99 plus model.
Now planning to go to the Hymalayas next month.

Some photos of the trafic in Town!!

Regards,

Wilfred

Hi Wilfred,

I also had the opportunity to spend some time working in India with Tata Consulting... mostly in Chennai and Mumbai... the traffic, crowds and monsoon took some getting used to... really enjoyed getting out into the rural areas though.

Enjoy while you can, the Himalayas will be great!

Regards,

Peter

Sorry, English now!!
In the LADAK area is a great overland trip that one can do with 4x4 that you can hire, 10 days into very remote areas and bush camping. Thats the next big one. Will keep you updated.

I am back in SA for a couple of days, 16 to 22 Sept. Will start the Patrol a bit.

Greetings

Wilfred
