Spluttering JZ Patrol

Post by martyn »

After doing the modifications to my rear bumper at Moegatle I put a new internal and external fuel pump plus new fuel filter on JZ (gets out of cr#@ better then it gets into it) still had "fuel starvation" problems. Got new spark plugs this morning and when I took off the rubber intake pipe that covers no4 plug Eurika, I found the pipe was split. Fitted the rest of the plugs, fixed the pipe and she works like she used to. Off to agents tomorow to order a new one :blonde:

Just got price of rubber intake pipe, sorry not rubber, platanum. The #@## thing cost R2700 ouch, ouch, ouch AND Nissan DO have in stock, so supplies are there no waiting. Next thing is HOW do you take the flippen starter motor out? these size 13 hands don't fit in the Japanies openings, my hands look like parrana's have got hold of them.
