I've got a set of 255/85R16(33.3" tall) Maxxis Bighorns.
They have all done about 6000km, 11.5-13mm tread left. No punctures.
New price according to cheaptyres.co.za is R2010 each, i.e. R12 060 for the set.
I want R8000 for the set, o.n.o.
Reason for selling:
They were fitted to my Triton, but I'm selling it with standard size tyres, and my next vehicle will get bigger tyres.
Here they are fitted to my Triton

Hi Guys
I saw these tyres in action at Brakkeduine during December and they are truly awesome!
The floating capability on sand is incredible!
If my 4.8 did not warrant something slightly larger (as in 265/85/16 or 275/85/16 - tyre sizes not available), I would seriously consider them.
I suspect that they will be great on a 4.2 or 4.5 or even the diesels, but you may need to change final drive to compensate for 33.3" of tyre!
Worth investigating if you travel through a lot of sand or need clearance for mud etc.
