Drivetrain problem?

Morning Patrol lovers.
My problem is when decelerating and braking gradually, right foot off the gas and gently on the brake, coming up to a red light, there is a noticeable clunk in the drivetrain and jerk in the auto gear selector as the speed goes from 5kph to zero, just before the car comes to a complete stop.
My questions are:
1. Is there something wrong with my drivetrain? Or is this normal.
2. Do I need to fix it? I don't want to let my Patrol down, and I don't want my Patrol to let me down.
3. Who can do it? I am CT-based.
The Patrol in question is a 2012 4.8 petrol auto.
All answers appreciated!
Thanks
Alan

Although I had a 4.8 auto before the ex wrote it off, I did not drive it very much - preferring my manual 4.5. So I'm not really an expert on the auto boxes.
Just a question though - when last were the universals and the slip-yokes on the prop shafts greased ?

Thanks for the responses.
"when last were the universals and the slip-yokes on the prop shafts greased"?
Answer: Before 2019 when I bought it! So let me try this!

It's the right spec but not necessarily made from the right materials.
In the fine print on thr back it should say what the base material is. If it's lithium soap, it's the right stuff.
You can also lokm at the colour, it should be quite lighr in colour.

Print on the back of container.
Found this on the internet though:

I was wondering if the LM grease is a better option, but think MS is the correct one?
