However I do not think anybody who has thus far taken part in this debate was trying to disrespect anybody else's vehicle choices. The way I read it, all we have said is why some vehicles are not right for us as individuals, since everybody has a different set of priorities. I have also never passed up somebody who needs help purely because of what car he drives, even though I have often felt that drivers of certain makes and models tend to grow an "attitude" to match.
At the end of the day we all have different ways of making our decisions, and if the way you feel about a certain brand is part of your decision process, so be it.
To ask the question "Which 4x4 is best" is senseless and connot be answered conclusively because each person puts a different weight to each feature/ability/characteristic.
What is of use though is to discuss and expose those features/abilities/characteristics, so that each person can insert those into his/her own "decision matrix" to determine what type of cars should be under consideration.
