Terrakunzi, remember this:
The amount of heat generated by the engine changes in orders of magnitude from idling to full power operation.
So convection should provide more than enough circulation for idling operation, even with no water pump. Just ask Gerrie.

I just bought a 4.5 petrol,and the guy that i bought it from said the cilinder head and radiator was replaced on 300000k is that normal and should i worry about it forward or is it all good now for another 300000k.??

This is not normal!!
These enines normally go between 500 000 and 600 000km before you need any work on the engine.
