Please also remind me what you drive (model, engine and bumper). This does not apply to the guys whose cars I measured.

Also, these bash plates are all designed to be able to accomodate two bow shackles for recovery purposes, and grass seed netting attachment points.

Thanks
Peter

Peter Connan wrote:Hello Ladies and Gentlemen

To try and limit confusion, I have decided to start a new thread on this. Also, my apologies for the long delay.

I have now had the opportunity to measure a wide variety of Patrols, and I am reasonably confident that I can now manufacture a bash plate for any Y60 or Y61 patrol. Basically, there are three variants. These are the Y60, the Y61 with all engines except the 4.8, and then the 4.8. Some aftermarket bumpers on the Y60 use the mounting points I would like to use, but on these the Y61 bash plate should fit. There is also a special version for the Y61 (non 4.8) with ARB bull bar which is longer and joins to the bull bar, specifically designed for Izak.

The bash plates are all manufactured from 5mm Mild steel. Prices for all the bash plates except the special Y61/ARB will be R850.00 in raw steel or R950.00 if you want it galvanized. The Y61/ARB will be R1100 raw or R1200 galvanized. Delivery should be around three weeks from the day I place the orders.

50% minimum deposited to FNB Woodbridge branch, account number 62246897659 (savings account) with proof of payment e-mailed to peterconnan@za.spiraxsarco.com secures your order.

Regards
Peter

Peter Connan wrote:It can be, but since it is not the same, it will not help in reducing the price, unless we can now find a few more guys who are interested in plates for their 4.5, 4.2 or 3l diesels (all three these use the same plate).

I would also like one for mine,4.5 petrol 98 model ARB please....henkjmeyer@yahoo.co.uk, If you could send me your mail adress please
