Dont forget that if you do not re-gear the diffs you will be sitting with really kak ratio's once the 35's are on, and this will make your 1st gear low range seem like 3rd gear low range, or worse, even with the compression of the diesel.

me too, but 33's to 35's is a marked difference as far as i know , unless you low pressure turbo your 4.2, in my opinion naturally!

Can't say about 35's but the 33's fill the wheel arches nicely and the speedo is spot on. Also no noticable loss of power on the 3.0L

one thing i forgot to mention is the radical difference you'll find when braking, going bigger and bigger on the tyres has the same effect as going smaller and smaller on the discs, which means longer breaking distances even when unloaded, when loaded and doing 120, a sharp emergency stop will be a thing of the past. I do believe however that one can get a brake booster adaptor to aid this, ordered from Australia.

Also, 33s will put more stress on the differentials, crown gears and CVs.
This has helped me to resist the temptation of bigger tires - for now!
