You see on my avatar-pic the big white box.
This box is perfect to carry all the camping stuff.
It is not possible to mount it on a normal roofrack without destroying this.
I have the thule system here, I bought 8 used feet (arround 800 Rand together), they will carry the box.
Jorrie is right: 4 feet are not enough. But you can add many more feet.
