Izak,

G-Man

Glad you brought up the point of standard or aftermarket. The Bumper you have on your car is VERRY nice. From what I have read on the forum, you made it? Would you? Could you? make some more? Any Idea as to the price if you are in that market?

I would fit the skidplate only if I had a after marker bullbar on the patrol because I think the plastic std bumper would go before the skidplate can be of use.

I assume that the skidplate in the For Four picture is the plated one at the back?

:mytwocents: The Patrol in that photo is verry clean !!!!!!

Hello Guys

On my car (Y60) the only thing in the front that any stone is ever going to reach is the steering arm, panhard rod and diff casing.

What I have done is to make a guard for the transfer case. This guard also fits the Y61, is made from 5mm Mild Steel and I have made a total of 5. Three of those have gone to guys on this forum (Grant (Y60 4.2TD), Wilfred Moore(Y61 4.5) and Tinus Lotz (Y61 4.8)). Cost depends on how many are made at a time, but the last batch of three cost about R400 each (I do not paint or do anything of the type, as it is against my religion  ). Anybody interested?

alternatively I can provide manufacturing drawings free to anybody who wants them.

Regards
Peter

Hi Peter,

The transfer case cover works fine and fits perfect.

I am looking for the Skid-Plate for my patrol. Do you still have in stock? My front bumper is a Iron Man bumber.

Please let me know!!

Wilfred
