Hi G-MAN,

For interest sake, I found a website Arctic Trucks where they have a couple of Patrols with different wheel sizes, from 35, 38 and 44's. I don't know if it is applicable to the type of driving South Africans do, but I see they say they they have a 5.13:1 diff ratio on them for 38" tyres. The link to the site is www.arctictrucks.com. Here you can get an idea of what it will look like.

The red patrol with the 35 and extra fairing really looks the part, I might just forgo a replacement bumper to get it too look like that. should float well on sand roads and float across the water. Might just make my GL's gearing a bit taller
