What do you think of the Patrol in below link. My brother in law is looking for a 4.8GL but needs to trade in his Prado.

From face value it seems to be a good deal - quite a number of extra's - low mileage - I just don't see the roof rack as advertised? Also make sure that the spare wheel is 33".
