Our Club will be 10 years old in June 2016 and we want to arrange for a long weekend event and it will be available to join the weekend or just one day to join us and do the 4x4 trip.

the Youth day long weekend is on a Thursday next week.
So that can work out nicely.

We want to arrange a place for the Anniversary in the June 2016 long weekend but we need to know how many people would like to camp that weekend so that we can select a good place with big or small camp site - the place will be not far so that some people can join us for a day as well.
