I got a set of 30mm 4x4direct wheel spacers on my rear wheels, is it a good or bad idea to fit the 6mm spacers in conjunction with the 30mm "bolt on type" spacers?

Only reason I'm considering the 6mm spacers is because when doing cross axles the rear wheels still slightly rubs against the chassis. (They rubbing at the top where the blue arrow is). Which might be a problem in case I want to fit 285/75's in future. (currently got 255/85's). Or maybe a 2" lift will sort this out?
