I bought a set of feet from 4x4 mega world for my African Outback rack off my old Discovery. They have a generic brand that was a bit cheaper and identical, still pricey though. Think around R1200? But could be mistaken.

Am I understanding this correctly? Can I buy roof gutter foot peaches for a Patrol on which I can mount any size roofrack?

More or less yes but if you hang on a bit you will get a full rack for about 3 k second hand
