hahaha..... I can hear it now....

.... as the sun slowly sank below the ridge of the horizon, and slowly the orange rays of sunshine faded into a red haze against the few clouds in the sky, Tinus climbed out of his golden 4.8 Nissan Patrol. The red glow was just enough to make the stubble on his chin shimmer as the temperature slowly dropped to a chilly night. It was very quiet, you could almost hear the dry river bed cracking in the cold of the winter evening. In is hands, a large DeWalt petrol driven chainsaw suddenly roared into life, breaking the silence with a blood curdling screech....... and he said " Vanaand manne..... vanaand gaan ons braai !!"

So my poor attempt at sarcasm failed dearly

I just wanted to get off the No2 topic..................

All that is required. yourself, your patrol, fuel, 1 set of clothes, food, and "bruin Fanta" the rest is all luxuries :oldtimer:

So no more cancelations for what ever reason, no worries nobody will die of being dirty, going hungry or thirsty people!!!!!

Tick tok tick tok

Just get packing and ready to go!!!

This must be the most entertaining thread in the run-up to an event ever.
I just can't help to think the actual event will be a let down. Only down hill from here?

Better need to do some R&D for the campfire stories.
