I think for our next party trick, we need to organize a skidpan-day at the big Z...

Marnus, will you post the results please? Particularly the idle test? I never saw the results of that. Just for interest's sake, as we all know that anybody who drives a Trollie is a winner!

Man it looks like you guys had a ball - sorry I was too late to take part. But I still managed to find you all just in time to share a cold one and to hear the action stories first hand! It was good to see everyone, and a big thank you for inviting us to share lunch with you ( I never intended to bum off anyone) but thanks all the same, the chow was great.

Thanks to everybody there - it was a blast.

I left last, and somebody picked up my tab! Thanks, I have a slight suspicion who it may be, thanks a lot.

It was good fun and an amazing spirit on the day. Thanks to Graham for sponsoring the prize.

The results:

on the idle test, if the car did not surpass the reference mark, there was just a -0.00 awarded.
Tinus's 2nd run was a calculated guess, but we gave him the benefit of the doubt - time awarded in line with his time and position ±25 seconds from the finish.

I did not record results for the patrol train tests.
