Goeie nuus: Ons het twee bussies gekry om die kids mee aan te ry [saam met die twee NISSAN handelaars het ons dan 4 bussies om die 30 ± kids en hul ouers mee aan te ry
MAAR MAAR BUT we urgently need TWO drivers with PDP licence to drive the two addisional combi's
Collect ob FRIDAY in HATFIELD and return on SUNDAY or Sat P/M on Saturday..

Programme is as follows:

Below are the detials to the 4x4 4 Kids event that is being supported bythe Nissan Offroad club.
So far there are only about 8 Nissan clubmember / vehicles that have confirmed that they will take part.
We will need about 20.

If you have not done so already, to enable planning, please let Alex / Oom Mac know if you are coming.
Although entrance is free for club members, there is also a limit to the number of people that can be catered for.
Food and beverages will be provided, but you will have to bring your own alcoholic drinks.

The plan for the day will be as follows:

9:00 Arrival, line up the vehicles, get a name tag, other admin
9:30 Kids arrive, welcomed with hotdogs, introductions etc
10:00 Depart on the 4x4 trail at 10:30.
12:00 Arrive back from drive
12:30 Lunch - boerwewors rolls
After lunch: Jumping castle and other activities for the kids

Photo shoot opportunities in between, with vehicles and kids

3:00+ Kids depart back to school

With regard to the kids:
Depart from Tiqwa School:
14 Children en 10 parents.
1. Brits Nissan minibus;
2. Mark White Nissan minibus;

Depart from Marthie de Bruin School ("MDB Sentrum")
15 Children and 5 Teachers
1. Hatfield Auto Ford minibus1
2. Hatfield Auto Ford minibus2

IMPORTANT:
We need a few people with PDP licences to drive two of the mini busses

In terms of number of drivers, if all of those listed below arrive, we will be enough.
Thanks to everyone that is coming.

With regard to the pdp licences, it is confirmed that this is not needed.
However we do need 2 more drivers that are licenced to drive vehicles that are code 10 or higher.
George Brittnell will be driving one minibus (thanks George!) and Brits Nissan wil lbe driving the other.
We need two more. Please let me know if you have a code 10 licence or if you know of someone that does.

There will be a bit of a photosession afterwards by Nissan.
So the more real Nissans in the photo, the better!

Gents -- we still need TWO DRIVERS for the other two combi's .. It is standard 8 seater combi so ordinary licence will suffice [not heavy duty].
Pleas jingle oompie on 082 699 3055 or text and let know if you can help here. ??????????? Samblief boss ?

Two vehicles are "in doubt" - If a driver is short, I will drive the one combi .. wich then leaves the Prado out of play. Louis (11) indicated he has afternoon responsibilities .. so he might also fall out [T B A]

Again -- THANK YOU one and all for maiking yourselves avaialble for this "Adventure" for disabled kids .. it will be special - I know.

Thanks so much for everyone who was there and could help.
I think especially thanks to Tim from Brits Nissan who did not only offer his Nissan minibus but also had to drive (with George Brittnell) a detour of 160 kms from ADA SA to Pretoria East and back home again. Thanks guys. Lots of Petrol went into that trip too.
