The poor bloke that gets all the complaints, I'm sure would appreciate some positive feedback from this, but obviously as long as you get the service required.
Sometimes we, and me included bitch and moan about Nissan on various things. But like many HUGE companies, sometimes that personal touch gets lost. This at least shows that
Nissan SA are generally willing to assist. Now its up to the dealerships to ensure a positive customer service front line is shown to the customers.
