I replaced my coils with heavy duty coils made by Spring and General in Witbank. I also asked them to add a 50mm lift on the coils. So far it is working very well and after about a year a cannot see any sag on the GQ :mytwocents: . If I remember correctly it cost me in the region of R3400 for the full set. Unfortunately I left the old coils at their shop.

Have a look at East Rand Springs in Boksburg. Good service I hear. I know he has done a few Patrol coils.

Hi Anton,

I have a set for you. It came out of my 4.8 GRX (2010). It only did 20 000km. Not too sure what price for it? Make me an offer!

Cheers,

Dawid.

Dolf / Anton : Die 4.8 coils gaan netso in di eG Q in ..

[Jaaaa Arries -- ek KAN shocks spelle marik willi nie ] :oldtimer: :oldtimer:
