Thaks guys,
Got my hands on the CPA and found the relevant article, drafted the letter and added the quote for the Consumer Complaint Support (R 950.00).
I was then asked to provide the condensor for verification by the workshop and 2 phone calls later got the reply "we have decided to do a deposit into your account".
So currently I am watching my account very closely.
Thanks to all that assisted in this exercise - a steep learning curve for me.
