I have just been through all the pages on this subject, but seem to miss the programme for the day, ie starting time and what happens when. I might bring 2 or three guys with me in their own cars

Let's give some structure to the day:

08:30 - 09:00 Arrive at Groenkloof and pay entrance fees (R85.00 per vehicle and R28.00 per adult)

09:00 - Vehicle inspection, Drivers briefing and completion of indemnity forms (@Herrie - will you please bring adequate forms along to cater for the event where Groenkloof does not have?)

09:45 - on the track.

13:00 - braai and kuier

General:

No alcoholic beverages will be allowed while we are on the track - people not adhering will be requested to leave the track;
The vehicle inspection is nothing to be worried about at this stage. We are increasingly going to focus on doing the right things properly when we are at these gatherings;
We are definitely going to enjoy our outings and we are going to portray a disciplined and professional image from the word go;
Bring your recovery gear with - we will not focus on recoveries, but will chat about it;
Anybody that still want to join the Club will be able to do so on the day - after the driving;
Bring your own food stuff, table and chairs;
The guys with Club door magnets and individual name magnets please put these on your vehicles on the day.
