We now basically have everything under control and are ready to go.

PROGRAM FOR THE DAY:

Attached;

• I would like to request all our drivers/helpers to convene at 05:30 at our obstacle at Rhino Park

VEHICLE SCRUTINIZING:

• This will take place just next to our obstacle. All vehicles will line up there;

• We will receive our numbers that will be CC01 to CC10 during this process;

TEAMS THAT HAVE ENTERED:

• See attached.

VEHICLE BRANDING:

We will use the following branding on our vehicles on the day:

• Nissan Club logo

• Driver names

GENERAL:

We still require assistance with the following:

• Person/s to help Christo at the obstacle

• Person/s who can take photographs

Due to the fact that the venue is pretty "civilized" we will not be making breakfast this year. There are food stalls open during the day.

• Remember to bring coffee and sandwiches for early morning before those stalls open

Hi George, can we take passangers on the course?

Yes you may, as long as they follow the competition rules, which mostly means to buckle up - unless you do a water crossing...in which case you may be required to follow a water corrsing procedure.
Will you passengers generally listen to you? So if you tell them to buckle-up, will they comply, in which case I think it is ok.

Confirmed, passengers are allowed and yes, the general rule of the road must always be adhered to by all.

Thanks for the reply, yes they had better listen I have a fully charged Tazzer in the car for that reason
