Scratched various body parts

Started with 30mm x 5mm flat bar. The ''bends'' are at 30' angles, so 30' + 30' + 30'. That makes it square. Measured the vertical pieces, 900 x 200 x 200, and then the part that crosses horizontally. And same with the other side. .
The main brackets fit into the seat fixing points at the back. 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron. . Then removed the frame, welded the cross brace in. 20mm round bar. Then welded on the mild steel mesh from a cable tray, donated by the electrical contractor!!

Also added bracing for forward and backward movement. My 4 year old son immediately tried it's structural integrity by hanging on it. Passed that test!! It is very strong and looks very neat. My drawer system and water tank fits perfectly after a small adjustment. Will post some pics of that tomorrow! We're loading for Botswana this weekend. Will give The Brave a good run down and test all my mods!!
