CTEK - fantastic service !!!

Well let me put it this way..... If Cameron Diaz had triplets...... I'd be the one getting bottle fed....

I bought a CTEK D 205S DC - DC Charger to replace my old crappy system. And after connecting the unit, it just didn't want to charge. So now slightly irritated, I hopped on the internet and Googled CTEK, got a name and phone number.
I had 2 days before traveling to the Witsand with a few of the guys from this forum and the Nissan4x4 forum. Unfortunately it was already evening and phoned the next day. I spoke to Johann Carstens.

Now here I take my hat off to Johann. Here is a guy who took the time to listen to my problems and offered 100% aftersales service!!!! Unfortunately I could not get through to the 4x4 accessories shop he suggested that day as I was running out of time. He offered to arrange with one of the accessory dealers somewhere near Kuruman to check it out, which was also going to be difficult time wise, so I said that I will make a temporary setup and sort it out when I get back.

I had the unit checked at the original 4x4 accessory dealer Johann suggested first and they swapped it out for me, even saying that Johann had spoken to the branch manager to ensure I got it sorted out.

My CTEK unit works like a dream !!!!!!!..... Johann from CTEK.... Well Done !!!...... not many people like that around !!!!
