Ok this is possibly the final straw now.
Got my vehicle back after waiting 4months for nissan to fix/replace the gearbox. Now, im trying to get rid of chronic wobble which is felt at 85-95km/h.(i posted a thread on this months ago, still not sorted).
So im thinking about replacing the panhard rod bushes. Go into nissan, they tell me i have to replace the entire rod! WTF.
This has got to be the most ridiculous way of doing business in a motoring realm. Words coming out my mouth are too vulgar to post on this forum.
Where can i purchase these items and does anyone have a Part Number?
I dont want old man emu items etc, i want nissan items.

Russ,
I have used a company in Pretoria with great succsess. Called them and they will even make a set for you. There contact details are
Web site http://www.easyinfo.co.za/htm/custom/sy ... /index.htm
Also I will take my Troll there and use mine as a sample. My understanding is that all the Trolls have the same suspension bits. Send me a pm with your contact details.

Re: Panhard Rod Bushes - GU 2007 pickup
Hey bud, problem is im pressed for time here, and i live in CT. I am going away on the 25th of this months and i need a fix before that.
Im worried about using parts other than Nissan (for bushes etc).
Also, the GQ apparently has the same lower bush but a different upper bush on the panhard.
How does one know if the bushes are buggered in the first place. My panhard rod cannot be moved by hand and there is absolutely zero play?

Get someone to turn the steering wheel while you check the bushes, if you can see movement it's normally too much, or use a big screw driver and see if you can move it.

I did my bushes last year sometime and even though they tell you that you need to buy the whole rod, the spares guy was surprised that the numbers are on the system and the warehouse had stock.
