Remember,I'm not even incl. other heavy xtras eg. packing systems, R/R's, RTT's, trailers, water tanks, etc.

But really, fuel consumption is heavy, but you have to keep in mind what you are driving and the capability the Patrol has. It is safe secure, steady, and will keep going long after you gave up. It is also nice to know that when it becomes tough, the Patrol won't breakdown, overheat or die on you. Once you drive a Patrol, you'll battle to buy another 4x4. They are the BEST.
If you want to save fuel, buy a horse...
