After Sias request for the part numbers here goes:

Front: Nissan Part No : D1060-VC290

On the back of the shoe it says: HITACHI HP63H FF

Rear: Nissan Part No : D4060-VC290

On the back of the shoe it also says: HITACHI HP63H FF but it is about half the size of the front ones

Jip Hitachi - and according to the Aussie site they brake much better than most. It is even seen as an upgrade for the guys with older Patrols

As a note, for my 05 4.8 GL I was able to find front brake pads off the shelf at the local spare shop. However it looks like the 4.8 uses different rear pads to the 4.5 and the Mazda alternative with a slight mod was not even close to shape and size.
