It is the exact one as the photo. I'm sure you can make it fit the earlier models as well. It bolts to the chassis at 4 points, under the chassis rails where the recovery point are (I think as mine was removed) and then through the wide bumper slot just below the numberplate. these bolt to the top part used for the bumper to bumper brackets. The winch plate is not pictured but bolts between teh uprights just below the bumper slot.
