My GQ se fabrieks difflock vat lank om in en uit te skop.

Waarna moet ek kyk.

kyk na jou pype wat van en na die diff lock loop. Ek vermoed jy het ou pype op wat hard word en nie meer goed seel nie.

Ek het ook al gewonder of die pyp nie dalk aan iets warm geraak het en toe gesmelt het nie, die manne van Aus se ek moet ook kyk na die solenoid.

Die kans dat dit pype is wat lek of verstop is, is 80%. Al die ander moontlikhede is baie kleiner.

Dit is die vacuum solenoids voor in die enjin bay. Daar is 'n maklike mod daarvoor en dan switch jou difflock so vinnig soos 'n ARB. Duckitt het part nommers vir die replacement solenoids. Moenie vervang met die Nissan goed nie, te duur. Jy kan na Festo of enige Pneumatic supplier gaan en ook met hulle solenoids vervang. Jou pype veroorsaak gewoonlik dat die difflock glad nie werk nie. Die spoed van engagement is 90% van die tyd die solenoids.

Ek het iets uitgevind, wat snaaks is.
My Patrol se diff lock het vacuum nodig om uit te skop.
Dit lyk of hy n vacuum lek het, en as hy vir n ruk gestaan het en ek start hom dan is die difflock aan, en eers as hy vacuum opgebou het skop hy uit.
Ek het gecheck en as ek die vacuum pyp af trek skop die difflock dadelik in, Klink dit reg, of is daar fout?

Theunie - klink vi Oompie BAIE verkeerd .. asof daar binnekant 'n ding is wat verkeerd-om ingesit is [as so iets moontlik is?]
Want wat ek nie v'staan nie is dat hy INskop as jy die vac pyp afhaal ... [as dit elektries was het ek gesê sy pole is omgeruil .. maar met vac?? al wat sin maak is dat daar 'n trek en 'n stoot met mekaar plekke geruil het [NEE Arries, sie jou vuilg^t ]

OF iemand het 'n trok se remme servo daar gekoppel [ wat eers moet druk hê voor dit "release"]
