More info on:http://www.4wd-wc.co.za/
The ATLANTIS 4X4 FUN has become a most popular event on the off-roading calendar in the Western Cape.
For the 5th year running this Premium Event is hosted and organised by the Four Wheel Drive Club of SA (Western Cape)
Toyota SA is the main sponsor along with other top notch industry sponsors.
Several obstacles are designed utilizing the natural Atlantis sand-dunes. These act as the playground and the challenges to participants. They range from dune climbs and fun tasks that require skilful driving.
A large Marques will be the centre of activities.
Participants
If you would like to participate with your own 4x4 the cost is R300. Pre-registration is advised as space is limited. Access to the dunes is included as well as a super goody bag. Lots of prizes to be won. Click here to apply.
Spectators
If you are don't want to participate there are still some good options for spectators. For R50 (per vehicle) you can enter the Dunes (regular entry permits not required). If you do not have a 4x4 you can still come along and be transported into the Dunes where the action is: R30 per person (under 14's free).
If you came in with your own 4x4 you can join a convoy at R30 per vehicle and be shown the ropes of driving in sand. If you don't have a 4x4 you can go for a ride in the Dunes: R15 for adults, R10 for kids.

I am definitely going, live just down the road, so if anyone else interested in going in a patrol group, we can maybe meet up in Melkbos.
