Hi
Have done a 17 day trip to Namibia in December. Obviously the days were short to cover the vastness of the country in detail. Being my first visit to the country, kept it brief and visited most of the iconic places.
Route map is below. Overall trip distance was 6658km as per GPS and the fuel consumption is as below. Considering the load of the vehicle and 33inch maxix 811, I would say the consumption is pretty good. I must mention that I have done diff ratio conversion to 4.1 with Tinus help. Cruise control at 100km GPS speed now works as it should, and it doesn't hunt for gears any-more, due to this its less tiring for long distance travelling. All the 5 based readings are gravel roads in Namibia, except the first reading, never had luck with Sasol (initial fill up). Average consumption was as per the log was 5.9
