Nissan Patrol 4x4 (Africa)

Hi Folks, I have a white Patrol 4.8GRX in reasonable condition full service history that is well kitted for overloading, Roof rack roof top tent, bull bar winch, dual tyre assembly on the rear, ammo box slide assembly in the rear and dual battery system. Brand new BFG Goodrich tyres and two adequate spares. It has done 200 000km I am wondering what this group think I can get for it.

Okay I think R350k is reasonable with the following extras, Dual battery system, Bull bar and winch, Dual tyre and rear bumper assembly, Snorkel, frontrunner ammo box slide assembly in the rear, Apple Car play compatible system. new BFG Good rich tyres, can also have the two rear seats I have taken out.

I also forgot to add it has a long range tank fitted and Iron Man Shocks and coils

Where all did you advertise?

You can pick up 4.8 GRX's with that sort of mileage for waaaaay cheaper than what you are asking. Half that price even. The are currently similar vehicles on the market for more than R100k less than your price, and even those are at the expensive end of the price range. The only time you see inflated prices is when advertised through dealers.
The "upgrades" you list are not particularly special and don't add any special value to a purchase price my opinion. The tyres would probably be replaced immediately by any buyer because of the size. The front bumper is not a particularly popular one. Etc
All this may be why you are not getting much response to your advertising.
Add in the current fuel price to the equation and you may need to adjust your expectations in the current market
