Hello to the community. I'm now in Botswana - Nata and after driving the first 1000 km with the overhowled car I can say, that Anthony made a fantastic job.
After buying the car with the 4500 tbe I was a little bit disappointed of the power. Should be 200 hps, but it was slower than my german RD28 with 115 hps.
OK, the SA-Patrol has more weight, but every overhowling of a car was a real challenge.
I gave the car to Anthony some weeks before and he found a lot of small things, which were changed by somebody in a complete wrong or useless way. For example, a vacuum pipe was repaired with a simple tape, the petrol pump was wrong or old, and he found out, that somebody mounted sparksplugs for the TBE42 for cold regions. Unbelievalbe, he really checked the serial numbers of the sparkplugs to find that. I'm really enthusiastic.
I never make advertisements for somebody, but in this case I can really recommend Anthony.
Greetings from the only german member in this forum
