Anyone have 4 x 3l injectors, preferably tested to ensure they are still in spec, for me please?

Not too sure about the 3L injectors, but can Bosch not service your existing ones? On mine a few years back was about R450 odd rand per injector. Ok, the TD42 injectors are all mechanical, so will be a lot cheaper I suppose. Maybe Frans can assist?

Ai Stefan, not that...
Ricster, I believe, and I am glad to be proofed wrong, that the 30TD injectors can not be serviced? I hope I am wrong, but I agree Stefan need to get it to a Bosch agent to have them tested and hopefully serviced, they should also be able to help with sourcing new injectors if needed....
Contact Juice, Greg Justice, on the group he might have some info? He is a source of many things. Also David, he might ae second hands?

Chris at SAC told me that the Pick injectors for the HardBody and PATROL are different [though they are interchangeable, the H B smaller and less power [not TOO sure about this]

When I needed new injectors for my Pathfinder, Nissan's price was R16,700 ex vat per injector. I was also told these Denso injectors could not serviced.
I shopped around and found a set via Marinus from Terrian 4x4 at R4500ea incl vat, plus R150 courier fees.
Much later on the 4x4 community forum I read posts that several Pathfinder/Navara (YD25) owners did in fact have theirs successfully overhauled at about R3000 for the set. It seemed that some Bosch outlets did this service.
Just after buying my ZD30 Patrol in 2016 I had the injectors serviced and was told they were ultrasonically cleaned. I don't know if that included a full "service/overhaul" for the R2k price.
Maybe there is hope of a service being possible to revive those ZD30 injectors of yours.....

When I purchased the 2001 ZD30 it had 120K on the clock, now about 350K.
The injectors were tested as non-functioning, hence the need to source, got a quote to repair (i.e. replace the internals) them, but I managed to source a functioning set from Anthony - thanks all!
In addition to the injectors, I'm also in for a replacement radiator and a new head.

Good to hear you got injectors.
Sorry about the head...
