Spec on TB45E

Hello all, I hope everyone is doing well during this Pandemic and all is well :)

I would like to know if anyone has some specs on the TB45E.
I recently took my engine out as I noticed my intake pipe had a Huge tear in it at the bottom and been driving like that
for maybe 10k km :(
After taking that pipe off I had a look inside my intake through the throttlebody and boy was its dirty in there....

So I figured I had to see if my sleeves got damaged or not. Lucky for me the engine is really Mint, to be fair it also never ran
rough, I only got the thought of looking at my air intake after it was abit crappy in the morning when I started her up.. she kinda
messed around at 600rpm struggling to go up without a little rev. So yeah I did not like that at all. It needs to be 100% smooth.

Now I've cleaned everything to perfection and ready to put it all back together and I don't have any torque specs and that jazz.
I did find a workshop manaul that came with the vehicle but it was for a diff Patrol. I sent that entire book to Graham at Gtech
and he told me its the 1st edition, that is why the 4.5lt is not shown in it :(

Graham told me to ask you gentlemen on here because apparently there was a CD that came out after that manual with the rest of the info
for all the other Patrols. Dirk I believe was the name he told me to ask. I don't want the entire CD, if someone can maybe just share the basics like
Crank caps torque, conrod's and cylinderhead so on that would be very much appreciated guys.

Hope you all the best again during these crappy times
Stay safe lads.

Hi Ricster, these will be 100% as long as the TB48 and TB45 both have the same torque specs, I don't know much about these engines, maybe someone can confirm
the settings?

I see these papers show the T45E & Tb45S engine removals, but only the Tb48DE assembly however it looks 100% identical so I would assume they use the same
settings?

Thanks alot for the help so far, much appreciated :)

The cylinder head on the TB48 is very differnt to that on the TB45.

Kobus used to supply the CD's, but I am not sure who has one now. I unfortunately don't.
Maybe Oom Mac has one?

Well I mostly need Sub assembly, me and dad did the head sometime go in the garage at home... I told my dad back then also, we need torque specs and his
reply was, "Dis a groot skip, hy sal nie sink nie". We just tightend them up and been driving like that with 0 issues.

So i think for the Head we will be fine as long as you stick to a proper pattern.

Hi Louis, here's the EM for GU series 1. Hopefully it is what you're looking for.

Unfortunately the file is to big to attach in .pdf form but here it is zipped.

Hye guys, I got a finale question, Went through everything today to make the engine install smooth as possible and found out this mounting
on the exhaust side of the block was hanging on by a litteral thread! :) It spoke its last words as a turned it around lol.

Do any of you guys know where I can get one please? At nissan they are R1840ish inclusive each.
Hopefully I can get a 2nd hand one or maybe an after market not sure?

Thanks all and have an awsome day!
