Nissan Patrol 4x4 (Africa)

Hi all
this is a great day for me - I have eventually got me a proper 4x4 - a 2009 Patrol Pickup 4.2D
However I dont have a spare wheel and would like 2.
It seems that these rims are very scarce - can anyone advise where I might source them (2nd hand) ?
they have 8 'triangular shaped circles' going around the rim...

Those look like standard pickup steelies to me. Lots of guys change them out for wider or for mags, so you should be able to find a couple.
