Maybe the little sliding switch on the side has lost its marbles. Call SnoMaster, and they will help you out quickly. They are really good with their service. I can give you Johann Carstens number from SnoMaster. He is my go to guy. Let me know...

Meh... As I said' I don't need it, per se. It would just have been nice. I'm certainly not intending to courier the thing to Gauteng and back.
