Does LED replacement in aftermarket bumper require mods/precautions?

Hi All,
My front TJM bumper park/indicator lamps on the 4.5 are rusted and need replacement. TJM says they have LED replacements that'll fit and will be "plug & play".
I see some of you are having unexpected trouble with LEDs.
Is there anything I need to be aware of, installing these LEDs? E.g., I recall someone wrote of radio interference with bigger LEDs somewhere....
Changes to the electrical system required?
Thank you.

Indicator timing may be thrown out. IE they flash much faster, as if one buld is blown.

Thanks Peter. I asked the supplier if this will be a problem on their plug & play lamp, and if additional relay/flasher autoelectrical work would be required. So far I've heard only crickets...
UPDATE: They've come back and said that yes, they've had such problems in the past. If it happens, have "a resistor that needs to be installed inline to bring yhe current down to math the amps that the led lights is using".

My led replacements definately caused fast flashing, Ant helped me sort it.

Not fog lamp related and not related to your model of patrol, but still patrol LED trouble related.
I had an electrical/electronic problem for months on my 4.8GRX. It messed with a wide spectrum of the system. Engine management, parasitic drains, warning lights, limp modes, not starting, you name it.
One day I spotted something on an overseas forum that sowed a seed in my mind and I replaced the LED interior light in the ceiling and the problems disappeared. Apparently the complex electronic system relies on miniscule volt/amp/ohm readings for the various integrated modules to function properly. I'm pretty reluctant to make any changes in future on this particular (grx electronic everything) patrol.

Thanks for the tip JP!
Spike, that's wild! I recently replaced a stock interior ceiling dome bulb with an LED on the TB45, so far no trouble, but if something goes wrong, I know where to start looking. Great tip!
