len joshua wrote: ↑16 Oct 2020 16:07 Hi Hannes,
I had a BZT rear bumper without the swing arm fitted a week ago. The lights in the bumper are LED's.
Bumper comes with the tow-bar, just had to use my tow-bar ball.
Summit 4x4 webpage has the specific part no for the Patrol.
Only thing is the fitment company had to put a spacer on the spare wheel carrier on the right rear door as the wheel was touching the bumper. It gives the Patrol a rugged rear look now.
Trust this will be useful.
Mal Hannes

Re: New here Advice on new Patrol
Got stuck today and Spiderman had to push me out while he was on his bachelors.
Took the family for a drive at Hennops and the ladies did not want to play in the Dongas but I thought they must get used to a little Hole.
Took the wrong line and then beached all 4 wheels off the ground.
Mhh I was in trouble until a Lekka loud group of guys came and just pushed me out.
Lots of fun.

Hi Guys,
A pic of the BZT Bumper.
Paid R 14900.00 as advertised by Summit 4x4, the fitment Centre in PE (Safari Centre) received a rebate of sorts from Summit 4x4 as they have a contract with them.

Here is a wish list I drew up for Zerubabel 1 6 months ago! Zerubabel 2 ticks each one of the 11 dream issues including even the two add ons.Mal Hannes wrote: ↑16 Oct 2020 15:37 Thank you for comments
My dreams for the conversion of Zerubabel.
1 Radio done for safety while on the phone. Still need a new aerial.
2 Bash plates. On the way. Gives confidence
3 Rear steel Bumper get rid of plow
4 Front steel Bumper and rock sliders
5 Suspension for comfortable gravel travel and small lift
6 Mud Terrain 33 s or close to that
7 Whinch
8 Awning
9 Turbo - because.
Then things like vhf radio and extra battery might still happen.
It won't happen over night but this is the dream
I got to Number 2 on the list on Zerubabel 1. Now next week all these dreams are being fulfilled.
A kid in a candy store would be less happy.
