Nissan Patrol 4x4 (Africa)

I am looking for some interior bits for my bakkie. 2007 GU TD42 Bakkie.

I am looking for the following:

- Drivers side inside door opening latch and its bezel. ESCUTCHEON-INSIDE HANDLE,RH 80683VB000. HANDLE ASSY-DOOR INSIDE,RH 80670VB000
- Drivers side ASSIST GRIP ASSY. Die handle teen die pillar om te help inklim. ASSIST GRIP ASSY 73940VB100
- Gear lever knob en transfer case lever knob

Anyone know where I can get these locally? Nissan is f*cking useless and have nothing in-country. Anyone know of a vehicle being broken for spares?

Looks like Nissan SA is out of GU door handles and grab handles as well

Anyone has a 2nd hand right front interior door handle and A-pillar grab handle?
