Besides the fact you should have put a "NO 2 - 18" age restriction on that graphic sexy bumper work, I think that flap is to get access to the clutch lever of the winch

Lovely set of front and rear bumpers.

If i didn't have already i would have those made up for me. Maybe add some more ventilation slots in the front.
