Guys does anyone know this vehicle perhaps?

And even if you don't what's your opinion? Based on the advert. Looks almost too good to be true really.

Looks good,

I looked at this ad a while ago, it was then advertised at 160k.

It is a coastal vehicle with a front tow bar so it must have been in the salt water from time to time. So you would need to look for "East Coast Chrome"

Thats almost the twin of my one!
I think thats a good price, its not an absolute steal, but it is a very good price.
As has been mentioned, I would be nervous of rust, that front towbar and being in durban suggests its been in salt water a couple times.

It Looks to be a very well kept vehicle, a good clean example
My truck has over 330 000km and looks just as good, if not better than that, and i live on the coast. So its not always a scam/problem if its been used near the ocean, as long as its been looked after, body work well/professionally maintained, and services as per usual.

To look for rust, just look under the front end at the radiator support member running across the width of the front, if there's no rust there, then you basically good to go, as they are usually the first thing to go. Another place is around the windshield mouldings.

Other than that, just check the usual areas, and look for usual pitfalls. But, when you buying an older vehicle, its never going to be perfect.
